Charlie is 5 years old.
Fully vaccinated, microchipped, up to date with flea, worm, and tick treatments. Charlie IS neutered. He is a friendly boy, good with adults, and older children. He can be very bouncy around smaller children. Charlie walks well on a Halte but can pull a bit if just on the lead. His recall is good. Charlie is not food or toy-possessive. This poor boy is in rescue through no fault of his own.
