Edie is a gorgeous 9-year-old Romanian/German Shepherd mix. She’s a gentle and affectionate soul who adores people, particularly when it means belly rubs, ear scratches, and those all-important butt scratches! While she may be a little cautious around men initially, once she senses kindness and calm, she warms up beautifully.
What Makes Edie Special?
Edie’s Shepherd instincts make her a great guardian of her home. She takes her job seriously and may need slow and thoughtful introductions to new visitors, but once she knows there’s no threat, she’s all about making friends.
Edie is not great with other dogs some she likes others she doesnt. She’s still learning the finer points of canine interactions, so while she may occasionally feel overwhelmed by larger, bouncy dogs, she’s making great progress. She could thrive in a home as a solo pet, as she’s happy to entertain herself when needed.
