Flame is a very ‘pretty’ small GSD (Collie) cross! 19 months old. She would be perfect for someone looking for a smaller GSD; currently she weighs around 22 kg, so she is easier to handle than some of the larger dogs!
She loves a good walk and is typically sniffy – nose to the ground exploring every smell and scent she can find. She has clearly had basic training and has a lovely sit – for a treat! She is affectionate and loves leaning against her walker when holding a sit.
She does pull a little on the lead, but with some more training this can be resolved – she is quite treat/food orientated, which always helps with training!
She is generally good with other dogs, shows interest, but does not react strongly, although if she is barked at, she may respond with her own voice, but not aggressively.
She is quite happy walking around a busy public park with several distractions, including numerous dogs, vehicles, children and trains. She is also quite happy walking alongside a busy road and showed no reaction to traffic, including bikes.
Due to her nervousness, we would not home her with children. Flame would be better as an only dog
Flame is not yet neutered so neuter form would need to be signed, and the adoption donation and home check will apply
